Three musicians from the area of the so-called ethnic, Manos Achalinotopoulos , Haig Yazdjian and Makis Ablianitis come together for the first time. So far they have presented their own works and have found their own ways and paths to make exciting musical journeys. This time they join their artistic visions into a common journey that includes specific extracts from their discographies, openings to local traditions such as Greece and Armenia, as well as many surprises and unexpected passages.
In their joint music Dionysian rhythms coexist with varying shades of melodies that are transformed into a journey that passes through familiar memories, but also through unprecedented and unusual sound paths.
Makis Ablianitis as a guitarist has experience with contemporary music and jazz, but he has also gone deep into world music, Manos Achalinotopoulos besides his interpretations with the clarinet has a rich synthetic route and Haig Yazdjian with his oud is a mirror of the musical tradition of the East ...
