Five musicians with different backgrounds (classical, jazz, blues, folk, traditional) meet in an original project with songs of work from around the world and create the band “The worksongs project” and its personal sound.
They present songs that were sang during work or those that refer to different kinds of work.
The trip starts from our country and has many stations. It continues in Balkans, crosses the Silk Road from distant China to Middle East, passes Africa, reaches New World with the traditions of the Andes and even further north on US cultural mosaic to arrive to the old continent with Celtic sounds from Great Britain and French Brittany.
