Michalis Tobler together with Echo N Echo travel us through time and present the stages of grief in a musical performance titled The five Marys.
Small musical thoughts and feelings illustrated on paper by some composers, mourning miniatures, lead them to unfold their grief with short stories, dance and song.
In 1969 Elisabeth Kubler-Ross on Death and Dying described accurately grief and its stages.
The 5 Marys refer to these 5 stages in another way, with a test for 8 musicians, 2 actors, 1 troubadour, storytelling and dance.
