Apurimac was formed in 1983, when the music of Latin America in Greece had a small audience. During the thirty years of their career they were established both with their discography and their concerts.
They use traditional instruments with a variety of tones and combine the subtle nuances of Indian traditional music of the Andes, with the dynamism of the Afro-Cuban rhythm of the Caribbean.
In their program they will present music and songs from their albums, adaptations of Greek and foreign composers, known traditional melodies and rhythms from Latin America.

MAKIS PAPAGAVRIEL : guitar, percussion, vocals
STAVROS LINOS : keyboards, percussion
DIMITRIS KARAYIANNIS : alto, soprano, tenor saxophone, percussion
VANGELIS KATSARELIS : trumpet, percussion
Together with them Martha Moreleón, the Mexican singer that charms with her interpretation and presentation of the songs.
