Dulce Pontes

Tribute to Ennio Morricone

Dulce Pontes, voice of the Mediterranean, the singer from Portugal who sings in Spanish, Italian, English, Arabic and Greek. Her career is lasting for more than twenty years. Her first album "Lusitana" was released in 1992 and since then she has presented many personal discs. She sang fados, but she did not stay in them, because she loved music without boundaries. She collaborated with artists such as Jose Carreras, Cesaria Evora, Caetano Veloso, Marisa Monte, Carlos Nunez, the Chieftains, Paco Pena, Estrella Morente, Andrea Bocelli, Ennio Morricone.

She has given concerts in our country, sung the Beautiful City of Mikis Theodorakis, collaborated with George Dalaras, Stefanos Korkolis, Eleftheria Arvanitaki. She is among the favorite performers of the Greek audience. This time we will listen to her in compositions of Ennio Morricone and her own hits.
