After about two years from her previous concerts in Gazarte, the great lady of jazz Dianne Reeves comes back to our country for one night. Singer with unique voice, with three-plus octaves, moving between the low musical notes of Sarah Vaughan and the high ones of Minnie Riperton, unites the music with her personal stories. Each song has its own role within the program, while her stories travel us through time and illustrate moments of her life and career.
“I thank you for coming. Joy and health to all. If you are good with yourselves, you are with all the world ...” she said goodbye in her last concert, leaving us breathless trying to keep the magic of the evening that had ended. This time her presence in our country will hopefully be like in the song “Today will be a good day”, a beautiful day, or rather a beautiful night .... with unique musical experiences.
