The “ Iberian Diva”, the “muse of Pedro Almodovar” or simply Luz Casal as she presents herself to her concerts, returns to our country almost two years after her amazing appearance in the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. At that time, feeling very excited by the location and giving the best of herself, thrilled with delight all who attended.
Sincere always with her audience, sings the songs she loves and draws inspiration from life itself that twice changed for her unexpectedly, when she discovered that she had cancer and had to fight to get over it. Personal experiences, relationships, love, sorrow of separation, pain and optimism for the future are expressed in the passion Luz Casal.
The program she will present is based on her latest album “La pasion” released in 2009 with old songs such as “historia de un amor” or “No no y no” and on other songs as well. Among them the “Vida toxica” with the “Se feliz” optimistic message from her difficult personal times, as well as the legendary “Piensa en me” and the “Un ano de amor” from the film “High Heels” by Pedro Almodovar, which despite the years passed remains always well-timed.
