From the mid 50's until our times, Dibango left and continues to leave his personal stamp and he is rightfully defined as the greatest saxophonist who moved to the area of soul, reggae and jazz fusion music scene.
In his musical career he has collaborated up to now with artists like Myriam Makeba, Angelique Kidjo, Fela Kuti, Mori Kante, Richard Bona, Tony Allen and numerous other leading artists and groups of all kinds. Years ago he said that had he not recorded the Soul Makossa, simply the world would know less of him.
